pay the claim of Daniel Caulk, Joseph F. Smith, John M.
Gaines and Otho B. Smith, executors of Otho J. Smith, C.
H. Jewett, John W. Temple, Samuel Stewart and Daniel
Caulk,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to authorize a reduction of the
capital stock of the New Central Coal Company,

The bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money
for the purpose of removing the remains of Maryland soldiers
of the late Confederate States Army, and interring them in
Loudon Park Cemetery, and enclosing and arranging the
burial lot,

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 1, of Article 28,
of the Code of Public General Laws, title "County Commis-
sioners," and re-enact the same with amendments,

pay the claims of Charles Cole, Welsh, Baker & Company,
Thomas J. Turner and others, for advertising public printing,

pay L. F. Colton & Company for paper furnished, and for
printing, binding and distributing the Report of the Board of
State School Commissioners, for the year 1872, as per order of
the Governor, in compliance with Act of 1872, chapter 377,
sub-chapter 12, section 11,
