A bill entitled an Act to protect fish in the Great Gun-
powder River and its tributiries, within the limits of Balti-
more county.

Mr. Merritt, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act for the benefit of Emeline Redue,
widow of Joseph Redue, Solomon Redue, Solomon Scott and
John V. Soloway.

Mr, Lee, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported with-
out amendments,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to encourage the destruc-
tion of hawks in Harford and Worcester counties.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal, amend and re-
enact sections 37, Article 12, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Harford County," sub-title "Elections."

section to section 69, of Article 12, of the Cede of Public
Local Laws, relating to Harford county and the town of

Mr. Dawson, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
without amendments,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Caroline county to borrow money for the
purpose of remodeling and improving the court-house in said
county, and constructing the necessary fire-proof vaults for
the preservation of the records and court papers of the Circuit
Court and Orphans' Court of said county, to issue bonds for
the payment of the same, and to levy taxes on the assessable
property of said county to redeem such bonds, and to pay the
interest thereon.
