Article 13, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
"Howard County," sub-title "Justices of the Peace and
Constables," and to re-enact the same with amendments, so
as to read as follows :

certain sum of money erroneously paid into the Treasury.

ton, Prince George's county, Maryland.

at January session, 1870, chapter 12, entitled an Act for the
better protection of game in Montgomery county, and to re-

A bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money to
pay the claims of Kelly, Piet & Company, and John Murphy
& Company.
