Mr. Grafton presented the petition of Elias Scarborough
and twenty other citizens of Harford county, for removal of
fish-pots in the Susquehanna River.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on the
Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries.

Mr. Merryman presented the petition of Eli Kendell, for
a pension, and to have his name restored to the pension roll.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Pen-
sions.

Mr. Vanderford presented the petition of sundry citizens
of Carroll county, praying that the County Commissioners he
authorized to adjust the accounts of Jacob Holms, late col-
lector of taxes in Carroll county.

Which was read and referred to the Carroll delegation.

Mr. Lee presented the petition of Daniel Witmer, against
any appropriation of the public funds for the expense of the
Centennial Celebration in Philadelphia.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Federal
Relations.

The memorial of Isaac D. Jones, Levin L.Waters and Wm.
J. Aydelott, for payment of balance due them as Commis-
sioners to adjust the Virginia and Maryland Boundary Line.

Which had been referred to the Committee on Claims,was

The following Act of Assembly was this day presented to
his Excellency the Governor, for his approval:

No. 75. An Act to repeal chapter 287, of the Acts passed
January session, 1870, entitled an Act to repeal section 810,
of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, chapter 367,
passed at January session, 1867, and to re-enact the same
with amendments.
