ered.

On motion of Mr. Mackey,

The vote by which the amendment submitted by Mr. Gill
was rejected, was reconsidered.

The question then recurring upon concurring in the
amendment substituted by Mr. Gill,

Mr. Henkle submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Section 28, line 3, strike out the words "Judges of the dif-
ferent Circuit Courts," and insert "the County Commission-
ers."

Which was read.

The question recurring upon the adoption of the amend-
ment,

Mr. Joyce demanded the previous question.
The question then being,
