Mr. Mackey submitted the following amendments as an
amendment to the amendment submitted by Mr. Gill:

Section 28, strike out all after the word "and," in line 3,
tp the word "power," inclusive, in line 5 of said section.

Strike out the word "their," in line 5, same section, and
insert the word "the."

Which were severally read and adopted.
