Which was read and referred to the Baltimore and Harford
county delegations,

Mr. Greenfield presented the memorial of the officers of
the Maryland College of Pharmacy for a change in law regu-
lating the same.

Which was read and referred to the Select Committee on
that subject.

Mr. Merritt presented the petition of C. H. Wickes, I. K.
Aldridge and sixty-five other citizens of Kent county, pray-
ing the passage of a law against fish pounds in the waters of
Kent county.

Which was read and referred to the Kent delegation and
Mr. Thompson.

Mr. Fenton presented the petition of J. H. Gilmore, S.
Uxter and five hundred and seventy-eight others, against
a Local Option Law.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Ways
and Means.

Mr. McColgan presented the petition of James Mills, Fredk.
Knaiff and six hundred and ninety others, against a Local
Option Law.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Ways
and Means,

Mr. Freaner presented the petition of Four hundred citizens
of various districts in Washington county, praying for the
passage of a bill submitting an amendment to the Constitu-
tion, restricting the right of removing criminal causes.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on the
Judiciary.

Mr. Hamilton presented the petition of John F. Preston,
Thomas G. Deford, Jr. and others, praying the passage of a
law ordering a new Registration of Voters in Baltimore
City.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Elec-
tions.

Mr. Thompson presented the petition of Hon. R. B. Car-
michael and twenty-six others, against exempting Queen
Anne's county from the operations of the Dog Law.

Which was was read and referred to the Committee on
Agriculture.

Mr. Etchison presented the petition of Mary Higgins, to
be placed on the pension list.
