a Local Option Law.

Which were severally read and referred to the Committee
on Ways and Means.

Mr. McWilliams presented the petition of Thos. Shields &
Co., D. E. Pendleton, E. P. Long and five hundred and
eighty-six others, against a Local Option Law.

The petition of R. C. Thomas, S. Ortwine and six hundred
and forty-eight others, against a Local Option Law,
