Fredericktown Turnpike Company, so as to procure the pav-
ing of that portion of the Company's road lying within the
City of Baltimore.

the bill to authorize the County Commissioners of Frederick
county to subscribe one hundred thousand dollars to the
Frederick and Pennsylvania Line Rail Road, be required to
