The question recurring upon concurring in the report,
On motion of Mr. Keech,

It was non-concurred in, and the bill substituted for the
unfavorable report of the Committee.

Said bill was then read a first time.

Mr. Fletchall, from the Committee on Corporations, re-
ported favorably,

A bill entitled an Act entitled an additional supplement
to an Act to incorporate the Baltimore, Catonsvitle and Elli-
cott's Mills Passenger Rail Road Company, passed at
January session, 1860, chapter 34.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Stake, Chairman of the Committee on Inspections, re-
ported favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact section 13, of
the Act of 1872, entitled an Act to provide for the Inspec-
tion of Steam Boilers in the City of Baltimore.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Merryman, Chairman of the Committee on Agricul-
ture, reported favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to encourage the destruction of
hawks and large owls.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. McColgan, from the Committee on the Judiciary, re-
ported favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore to accept conveyance of and to hold
certain property lying in or near Charles Street Avenue, in
Baltimore county, for a public park.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Watkins, Chairman of the Committee on Ways and
Means, reported unfavorably,

A bill entitled an Act to amend section 10, of Article 56,
of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Licenses." sub-
title "Brokers," by adding thereto sub-section 2.

The unfavorable report was adopted.

Also, favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal the 2nd section of the Act
