8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21, of
Article 3, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Balti-
more County," sub title " Roads," passed at the January
session of the Legislature of 1870, chapter 309, and to re-
enact the same with amendments, so as to read as follows.

Which was read a first time and ordered to be printed.

Mr. Merryman, from a minority of a Select Committee, re-
ported,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal certain sections of Article
3, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Baltimore Coun-
ty," sub-title "Roads," passed at January session of the
General Assembly of 1870, chapter 309, with amendments.

Which was considered, and,

On motion of Mr. Merryman,
Ordered to be printed.

Mr. McColgan, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 489, of Article 4,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled " Baltimore City,"
and re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Valliant, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 206, of Article 20,
of Public Local Laws, relating' to Talbot county, sub-title
" Wild Fowl," and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read a first time,

Mr. Loane, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to exempt packers of fruits, oysters
and other perishable articles, from the operations of the Act
passed this session, entitled an Act to limit the hours of
labor in this State for all minors under sixteen years of age.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Merritt, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to add a new section to Article 14,
Code of Public Local Laws, title " Kent County," sub-title
"Roads," to come in after section 168, and be numbered
168 a.

Which was read a first time.
