The bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the
Mayor, Aldermen and Common Council of Frederick to sub-
scribe to the capital stock of the Frederick and Pennsylvania
Line Rail Road Company, and to endorse the bonds of the
said Company.

Said bill being upon a third reading,

Mr. Lee moved that the further consideration thereof be
postponed, and that said bill be referred to the Committee on
Corporations.
