No. 29. A bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed
at January session, 1872, chapter 44, entitled an Act to re-
peal an Act passed January session, 1870, chapter 11, to re-
peal section 204, of Article 21, of the Code of Public Local
Laws for Washington county, relating to Justices of the
Peace and Constables in said county, and to re enact the said
Act of 1872, chapter 44, with amendments, and an a ditional
provision in regard to Registers of Voters, in said county,
Mo. 39. A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 872, of
Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "City of
Baltimore," relating to the limits of direct taxation within
said city, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
No. 45. A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 36, of Ar-
ticle 10,of the Public General Laws, entitled "Attachments,"
and to re-enact the same with an amendment, increasing the
amount of exemption in said section mentioned.
No. 46. A bill entitled an Act to repeal all laws in Wor-
cester county, entitled "Fencing," and re-enact the same
with amendments.
No. 47. A bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 105 and
106, of Article 3, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title"Bal-
timore County," sub-title ''Fences," and sections 195, 198
and 197, of Article 3, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Baltimore County," sub-title "Trespass."
No. 48. A bill entitled an Act to authorize Eldridge W.
Gallop, William F. Pannell, A. C. Marine and others, to
build a bridge over Church Creek, in Harford county.
No. 49. A bill entitled an Act to give an additional Jus-
tice'of the Peace to the sixth election district of Dorchester
county.
No. 50. A bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments, section 5, of chapter 173, of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January ses-
sion of 1864, entitled an Act to incorporate the Meredith
Ford and Janellsville Turnpike Company, in Baltimore and
Harford counties.
No. 61. A bill entitled an Act to provide for the defense
of Officers of Registration and Judges of Elections, who are,
or may be, indicted in the United States Court for acts done
in be performance of duties imposed by the Constitution and
Laws of this State, which acts are alleged to be in violation
of the Act of Congress, approved May 31st, 1870, entitled
"An Act to enforce the rights of citizens of the United States
to vote in the several States of this Union, and for other pur-
poses.
