March 2nd, 1874.
To the House of Delegates:

I have the honor to inform your Honorable Body that I
have approved the following House Bills:

No 26. A bill entitled an Act to prohibit the granting of
license for the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors or lager
beer, at or near the ground of the Wesley Grove Camp-Meet-
ing Association, in Howard county.

No. 27. A bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay Joseph Spurrier, late Collector of State Taxes
in Carroll county, the amount overpaid by him into the
Treasury.

No. 28. A bill entitled an Act to confirm the devise and
bequest of Benjamin Parsons, late of Wicomico county, de-
ceased, to the Vestry of Spring Hill Parish, for certain uses
and purposes therein named.
