A bill entitled "An Act to amend the 6th section of the
Act of 1868, chapter 410," entitled "An Act to incorporate
the Mineral Hill Mining Company of Maryland, by .dispen-
sing with the making and publication of the annual statement
therein provided for, and by providing that statements ofthe
affairs of the said Company shall be made, as provided for in
the 66th section of the Acts of Assembly of 1868, chapter
471."

acted at January Session, 1872, chapter 294, and re-enact the
following as sections 47, 48, 51 and 52 of said Article XVI.
of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Prince George's
County," under the head of "Collectors," in their stead.
