The,Senate bill entitled "An Act to' appropriate" a sum of
money to aid in the erection of a monument, in commemora-
tion of the Confederate Dead at Point Lookout."

Which,

On motion, by Mr. Billingsley,
Was recommitted to the Committee on Finance.

The Senate bill entitled "An Act supplementary to an Act
to provide for the building of the new jail in Allegany county,''

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:
