money to pay Joseph Spurrier, late Collector of State Taxes
in Carroll county, the amount overpaid by him into the Treas-
ury."

The House bill entitled "An Act to authorize the Board of
County School Commissioners of Cecil county, to satisfy a
judgment against the Trustees of the Elkton Academy, in
Cecil county."
