ing down fences.

Mr. Merritt, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal so much of the Public
General Law of section 9, of Article 28, of the Code, entitled
"County Commissioners," relating to the publishing the
expenses of the counties, so far as the same relates to Kent
county, and to re-enact the same for Kent county, as a part
of the Public Local Law, with amendments.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Brace, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 94, of Article 1, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Allegany County,"
sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Constables," and to re-
enact the same with amendments.

A bill entitled an Act to add an additional section to the
Public General Laws, title "Conveyance."

A bill entitled an Act to repeal the forty-sixth section of
an Act passed at the January session of 1868, chapter 381,
entitled an Act to amend the Public Local Laws of Kent
county, title "Chestertown," by repealing sections 35 and
46, and to re-enact the same as amended, relating to assess-
ment, and the duty of the Clerk to the County Commissioners,
and to re-enact the same as amended.

Mr. Hodson, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to add an additional section to Arti-
cle 56, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Licenses,"'
to be numbered 92 a.
