Mr. Turner, of Baltimore county, Chairman of the Com-
mittee on the Contingent Fund, submitted the following

REPORT.

HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

Annapolis, Feb. 27th, 1874.

The Committee on the Contingent Fund placed at the
disposal of the Executive, respectfully report they have ex-
amined the vouchers submitted to them by the Governor,
amounting in the aggregate, from the 3rd of January, 1872,
to March 2nd, 1874, to the sum of $11,190.35, and they find
the same correct, and the purposes for which the payments
were made were, in the opinion of the Committee, both proper
and legitimate.

A bill entitled an Act for the Promotion of Agriculture and
the Mechanical and Household Arts in Harford county.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 2, Article 36, of
the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Estrays," and to
re-enact the same with amendments.
