1871, a sum of money erroneously paid by him into the State
Treasury,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

On motion of Mr. Gill, (the rules being suspended,)

The House proceeded to the consideration of the bill enti-
tled an Act for the relief of the Central Presbyterian Church
of the City or Baltimore, to authorize the recording of certain
amendments to the original plan, agreement and regulation
for the incorporation of said church, adopted by the congre-
gation thereof on the 5th day of May, A. D. 1856, and on
the 30th day of March, A. D. 1857, and giving said amend-
ments and all acts done in pursuance thereof, the same force
and validity as if said amendments had been duly recorded
within six months after the adoption of the same.

Said bill being upon a third reading,

Said bill was then read a third time and passed by yeas
and nays, as follows:
