On motion of Mr. Watkins,

The further consideration thereof was informally post-
poned.

The bill entitled an Act authorizing the appointment of a
Coroner for Dorchester county,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an'Act to add a new section to Article 1,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Allegany
County," sub-title ''Surveyors,"

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to protect partridges in Somerset
county,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 7, of the Act of
1870, chapter 472, entitled an Act to repeal the Act of 1866,
chapter 146, entitled an Act to repeal the charter of Denton,
in Caroline county, &c., and re-enact the same with amend-
ments thereto,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Harford county to subscribe to the capital stock of
a Railroad passing through said county,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to protect travelers on highways
in Baltimore county, at and near Railroad crossings in Bal-
timore county,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to prevent the hunting of, catch-
ing, trapping, capturing, taking, killing or destroying, in
any manner, terrapins or terrapin eggs in Somerset county,
during the months of May, June, July and August,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a

The bill entitled an Act to refund to Isaac M. Nichols, one
