" Bladensburg," and to amend and re-enact the same,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 1, of an Act
passed January session, 1870, chapter 12, entitled an Act for
the better protection of game in Montgomery county, and to
amend and re-enact the same as amended,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The Bill entitled an Act to repeal, amend and re-enact
section 94, of the Act of Assembly, chapter 294, passed Jan-
uary session, 1870, entitled an Act to add additional sections
to the Code of Public Laws for Charles county,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to approve an Act passed January
session, 1872, chapter 242, entitled an Act to authorize the
County Commissioners of Calvert county to subscribe to the
capital stock of the Baltimore and Drum Point Rail Road
Company, as provided by section 54, ol Article 3, of the
Constitution,

Being upon a second reading,
On motion of Mr. Bird,

The further consideration thereof was postponed, and said
bill recommitted to the Select Committee reporting the same.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 12, of Article 64,
of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled " Mortgages,"
and to re-enact the same with amendments,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 2, of the Act of
January session, 1870, chapter 387, entitled an Act to incor-
porate the Washington, Colesville and Ashton Turnpike
Company, and to re-enact the same with amendment,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to provide for the assessment of
the shares of the capital stock of National Banks located
in this State, heretofore omitted to be assessed for State pur-
poses, and to collect the State taxes due on said shares,
