Leave was granted to the Prince George's delegation to in-
troduce a bill relating to pay of ——— Standerber, of Prince
George's county.

On motion of Mr. Greenfield,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments an Act to incorporate the Preachers' Fund
Society of the City of Baltimore, chapter two hundred and
thirty-eight, of the Acts of eighteen hundred and fifty-three.

On motion of Mr. Colton, (the rules being suspended,)

The House proceeded to the consideration of the order
adopted on Friday last, ordering evening sessions for Tues-
day, Wednesday and Thursday of the present week.

On motion of Mr. Colton,

The vote by which said order was adopted, was recon-
sidered.

The question then recurring upon the adoption of the

Mr. Groh, from the Committee on Inspections, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to appoint a Commissioner of Emi-
gration, to promote the interests of labor and agriculture in
the State of Maryland.
