On motion of Mr. Wier,

Leave was granted to the Allegany delegation to introduce
a bill to amend the Act of 1870, chapter 77, section 2, incor-
porating the town of Frostburg, Md.

On motion of Mr. Greenfield,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and Means
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal section 97, of
Article 81, of Public General Laws, entitled "Revenue and
Taxes," and re-enact the same with amendments.

On motion of Mr. Grimes,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Elections to intro-
duce a bill to amend chapter 459, of the Act of 1870, entitled
an Act to repeal an Act passed January session, 1868, relating
to Eegistration of Voters, and to re-enact the same with
on amendment.

Also,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill to make valid certain charitable bequests in
the will of the late Temperance Bradshaw, late of Kent
county, deceased.

On motion of Mr. Wier,

Leave was granted.to the Committee on Claims to introduce
a bill to refund to John Bell an amount of money overpaid
into the Treasury,

On motion of Mr. McColgan,

Leave was granted to Messrs. McColgan, Gill and Merry-
man, to introduce a bill entitled an Act supplementary to an
Act passed at January session, 1870, chapter 168, entitled an
Act to incorporate the Roman Catholic Congregation in Balti-
more Town, passed November session, 1795, chapter 15, to
enable said corporation to purchase a new burial ground.

On motion of Mr. Joyce,

Leave was granted to the Baltimore City delegation to in-
troduce a bill to repeal section 810, Article 4, Public Local
Laws, title "Baltimore City," sub-title "Police," and to
re-enact the same with amendments.

On motion of Mr. Robey,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill providing for recording of judgments of Jus-
tices of the Peace.
