Mr. Riley, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported fa-
vorably,

A bill entitled an Act to regulate the trial fees of the State's
Attorney for Harford county.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Glotfelty, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to provide for the appointment of
Officers of Registration in Garrett county.

Which was read a first time.

Also, favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to re-district and re-number the
election districts in Garrett county.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Fletchall, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
without amendment,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 78, of Ar-
ticle 15, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Montgomery County," sub-title "Rockville."

Which was read a second time.

Mr. Waters, Chairman of a Select, Committee reported
without amendment,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 181, of
the Acts of 1872, entitled an Act to repeal section 21, of Ar-
ticle 7, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Carroll
County," sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Constables,"
and to re-enact the same with amendments, and to amend
and re-enact the same.

of Cecil county, a sum of money erroneously demanded of her

cense, and paid by said Clerk into the Treasury.
