entitled "Cecil County," relating to Port Deposit, and to
re-enact the same with amendments, and to provide for taking
the sense of the qualified voters of Port Deposit, whether or
not said repeal and re-enactments with amendments shall
go into eftect or be utterly void.

A bill entitled an Act to authorize a re-codification of the
Public General and Public Local Laws of this State, to pro-
vide for the payment of the same, and to purchase copies
thereof when printed.

Mr. Keech, from the Committee on the Judiciary, re-
ported favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 138, of Article 16, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "Chancery," sub-
title "Trustee," as enacted by chapter 370 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January ses-
sion, in the year 1870, and to re-enact the said section with
amendments.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Lee, from the Committee on the Judiciary, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 233 of the Acts of
1868, entitled an Act to amend the charter of the Philadel-
phia, Wilmington and Baltimore Rail Road Company.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Freaner, Chairman of the Committee on the Judiciary,
reported unfavorably,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 22, of Article 11, of
the Code of Public General Laws, and to re-enact a substi-
tute therefor.

The unfavorable report was adopted.
Also, reported with amendments,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal the 23rd section
of Article 75 of the Code of Public General Laws, and to
re-enact the same with amendments, so that attachment pro-
ceedings may be amended.
