chapter 459, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, passed at January session, 1872, relating to Registra-
tion of Voters, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

On motion of Mr. Freaner,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and Means
to introduce a bill appropriating certain fines imposed by the

Circuit Court for Washington county, for the purchase of a
public Law Library, in lieu of the one destroyed by fire.

On motion of Mr. Lamar,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
introduce a bill to incorporate the Middletown Valley Kail
Road Company.

On motion of Mr. Keech,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill to repeal section 15, of Article 29, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Courts," sub-title
"Judgments," and to re-enact the same with amendments.

On motion of Mr. Robinson,

Leave was granted to the Anne Arundel delegation to in-
troduce a bill to repeal an Act authorizing the County Com-
missioners of Anne Arundel county to subscribe to the capital
stock of the Annapolis and North Severn Bridge Company,
and to re-enact the same with amendments.

On motion of Mr. Hart,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Elections to intro-
duce a bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed January
session, 1870, relating to the Registration of Voters, and to
re-enact the same with amendments.

On motion of Mr. Keech,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal section 20, of Arti-
cle 28, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "County
Commissioners," sub-title "Roads," and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

On motion of Mr. Miller,

Leave was granted to Committee on the Judiciary to intro-
duce a bill entitled an Act to repeal section 2, of Article 53,
of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Landlord
and Tenant," and to re-enact the same so as to read as
follows ; and to amend section 4, of said Article, by adding
thereto, in relation to waiver of notice and said demise, so
as to read as follows.
