Gentlemen of the Senate:

We respectfully propose, with the concurrence of your
Honorable Body, the appointment of a Joint Committee of
two on the part Senate, and three of the House, to visit and
inspect the Tobacco Warehouses in Baltimore City.

Which was read.

Mr. McWilliams moved to refer the message to the Com-
mittee on Inspections.

Pending which,

Mr. Leonard moved to lay the message on the table.

The question recurring upon concurring in the motion,
