Laws of Frederick county, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

No. 18. A bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the County Commissioners of Carroll county, in their discre-
tion, to pay annually a sura of money, not exceeding three-
hundred dollars, to defray the expense of Georgeanna Young,
a lunatic, during the time of her lunacy.

No, 19. A bill entitled an Act to confirm and approve an
Act passed at January session, eighteen hundred and seven-
ty-two, chapter sixteen, entitled " An Act to, authorize and
empower the County Commissioners of Carroll county to
subscribe to the capital stock of Turnpike Companies in Car-
roll county."

No. 20. A bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the Agricultural and Mechanical Society of Allegany county
and West Virginia, and Pennsylvania, to issue coupon bonds,
and to secure the payment thereof by executing a deed of
trust on all its property.

No. 21. A bill entitled an Act. to authorize the Board of
County School Commissioners of Cecil county to satisfy a
judgment against the Trustees of the Elkton Academy, in
Cecil county.

No. 22. A bill entitled an Act to enable Thomas H.
Hodges to erect a gate on the public road in Anne Arundel
county.

No. 24. A bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments, section one hundred and thirty-five, of Article
twelve, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title " Harford
County," sub-title "Sheriffs," as amended and re-enacted
by chapter three hundred and forty, of the Acts passed Jan-
uary session, eighteen hundred and seventy-two.

No. 37. A bill entitled an Act to add a section to Article
fourteen, Code of Public General Laws, title "Bills of Ex-
change and Promissory Notes."
