erick county, for Local Option and Damage Laws.

Which were severally read and referred to the Select Com-
mittee on Temperance.

Mr. Johnson presented the petition of Capt. Geo. Parks
and forty citizens of Dorchester county, for no change in the
fowling laws.

Which was read and referred to the Dorchester delegation.

Mr. Greenfield presented the petition of Hamilton Easter
& Co., J. Edwd. Bird, Canfield Bros. & Co., and others,
against the proposed change in the Attachment Laws.

Also,

The petition of L. Winter and others, against the repeal of
the Attachment Law.

Which were severally read and referred to the Committee
on the Judiciary.

Mr. Etchison presented the petition of Wm. W. Sansbury
and other citizens of Prince George's county, in opposition
to a fence law for said county.

Which was read and referred to the Prince George's
delegation,

Mr. Waters presented the petition of Joseph W. Far-
quahr, Jno. N. Weaver and one hundred and two other cit-
izens of Union Bridge District, Carroll county, in favor of
Local Option and a more stringent License Law.

Which was read and referred to the Select Committee on
Temperance,

Mr. Bird presented the petition of Jno. E. Norfolk and thir-
ty-eight others, of Calvert county, for Local Option and Dam-
age Law.

Which was read and referred the Select Committee on
Temperance.

Mr. Lamar presented the petition of Bernard Colliflower
and thirty other citizens of Grachani, Frederick county, for
a Local Option and Damage Law.

Which was read and referred to the Select Committee on
Temperance.

Mr. Weir presented the petition of Marx Wineland and
forty-eight other citizens of Frostburg, Maryland, against
the passage of the Attachment Law.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on the
Judiciary.
