The Speaker laid before the House the memorial of Wm.
B. Bowie, Chas. Clagett, R. B. B. Chew and one hundred
and nineteen other citizens of Prince George's county, pray-
ing the Legislature to pass a law more fully defining domi-
cil or citizenship.
Also,
The memorial of R. W. G. Baden, Thos. B. Craycroft,
Joseph B. Edelin and seventy-two other citizens of Prince
George's county, praying the Legislature to pass a law more
fully defining domicil or citizenship.
Also,
The memorial of Richd. Wootton, B. B. Mullikin, Allen
Clark and forty-nine other citizens of Prince George's county,
praying the Legislature to pass a law more fully defining
citizenship.
Which were severally read and referred to the Committee
on the Judiciary.
