Article 73, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
"Penitentiary," regulating the appointment of Directors of
the Maryland Penitentiary, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the transfer of
certain Land Records and Extracts of Deeds, from the office
of the Clerk of the Court of Appeals to the office of the Com-
missioner of the Land Office, to repeal section 40 of Article
18, of the Code of Public General Laws, and to repeal sec-
tion 55 of the same Article, and to enact a sub-title therefor.
