Mr. Leonard sumbmitted the following order:

Ordered, That one thousand copies of Mr. Seth's bill, en-
titled "Oysters," from the Committee on the Chesapeake
Bay and its Tributaries, be printed for the vise of the mem-
bers.

Mr. Nicodemus submitted the following order :

Ordered, That Mr. Glotfelty be granted leave of absence-
until Wednesday next, to attend to important business,

On motion of Mr. Hodson,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Education to re-
port a bill, repealing section 3, chapter 2, and section 1,
chapter 19, of the Public School Laws of the State, and to
re-enact the same with amendments.

On motion of Mr. Stewart, of Baltimore City,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Claims to introduce
a bill to refund to William Schultz, of Baltimore City, a cer-
tain sum of money erroneously paid into the Treasury.

On motion of Mr. Riley,

Leave was granted to the Harford delegation to introduce-
a bill to regulate the fees of State's Attorney for Harford
county.

On motion of Mr. Brace,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to in-
troduce a bill entitled an Act to regulate proceedings in cer-
atin cases now pending in the Circuit Court for Allegany
county.

On motion of Mr. Brace,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to in-
troduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal section 18, of Article-
29, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Courts,"
sub-title "Judgments."

On motion of Mr. Coulbourn,

Leave was granted to the Somerset delegation to introduce-
a bill entitled an Act to add a new section to Article 19 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, relating to Somerset county.
