ported unfavorably,

A bill entitled an Act to authorize the Treasurer of the State
to pay Wm, H. Collins, of Baltimore City, a sum of money
due him for services rendered as screwsman in Tobacco Ware-
house No. 5, and erroneously paid into the Treasury.

The question recurring upon concurring in the report of
the Committee,

Mr. Stewart, of Baltimore City, moved to substitute the
bill for the unfavorable report of the Committee.

The question recurring upon sustaining the motion,
