Mr. Hart presented the petition of George R. Gaither,
Enoch Pratt, Christian Ax, J. Stricter Jeckins and eighteen
other tax payers of Baltimore county, asking for an Act to

extend the limits of Baltimore City.

Also,

Presented a similar petition of Hiram Woods, Charles J.
Baker, A. Hoen and twenty-nine other voters of Baltimore

county, asking fcr an extension of the city limits.

Which were severally read and referred to the Select Com-
mittee on the Extension of the Limits of Baltimore City.

Mr. Keech presented the petition of James E. Hooper and

thirty-five other citizens of Baltimore county, against any

extension of the limits of Baltimore City.

Which was read and referred to the Select Committee on
the Extension of the Limits of Baltimore City.

Mr. Robinson presented the petition of Jas. M. Garnett,
C. K. Nelson, J. M. Dashiel, Wm. Woolsey Johnson and

others, praying the passage of a Local Option Law and a law
to make the seller of liquors responsible for resultant dam-
ages or injuries.

Which was read and referreJ to the Select Committee on
Temperance.

Mr. Leonard presented the petition of citizens of Wicomico

county, in favor of Local Option.

Which was read and referred to the Select Committee on
Temperance.

Mr. Robinson presented the petition of L. Raymond, M.
E. Redmond, C. M. Bishop and numerous other ladies of
Anne Arundel county, praying the passage of a Local Option
Law and a law to make the seller of liquors responsible for
resultant damages or injuries.

Which was read and referred to the Select Committee on

Temperance.

Mr. Henkle presented the petition of Catharine E. Small

to be restored to the pension rolls.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Pen-
sions.

Mr. Etchison presented the petition of Roseina Tippett for

a pension.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Pen-
sions.

Mr. Vanderford presented the petition of Rachel Roach for

a pension.
