Mr. Berry, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed January
session, 1872, chapter 44, entitled an Act to repeal an
Act passed January session, 1870, chapter 11, to repeal
section 204, of Article 21, of the Code of Public Local
Laws for Washington county, relating to Justices of the
Peace and Constables in said county, and to re-enact the
said Act of 1872, chapter 44, with amendments, and an ad-
ditional provision in regard to Registers of Voters in said
county.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Bedsworth, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act for the better protection of birds in
Wicomico county.

Which was read a first time.

Mr, Merritt, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to prevent the killing or trapping of
grouse in Kent county until the twentieth day of October
1878.

Mr. Brace, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 54, 55 56 and 57,
of Article 21, of the Code of Public Local Local Laws, relat-
ing to Washinton county, and to re-enact said sections with
amendments.
