Mr. Keech, Chairman of a Select Committee, to whom
was referred the bill entitled an Act, to repeal sections 105,
106 and 107, of Article 3, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Baltimore County," sub-title "Fences," and sections
195, 196 and 197, of Article 3, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Baltimore County," sub-title "Trespass," re-
ported said bill with proposed amendments.
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
Amend title of bill by striking out the words "and 107,"
in the second line thereof, and inserting the word "and" after
the words 105, in the first line of the title of said bill.
Amend body of bill by inserting the words "105" in the
second line of' the first section of said bill, and by striking
out the words "107" in the third line of the first section of
the body of said bill.
The amendments were severally read and adopted, and the
bill as amended, read a second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.
Mr. Buchanan, Chairman of a Select Committee to whom
was referred the bill entitled an Act to establish a tree bridge
over the Patapsco River, between Anne Arundel and Balti-
more counties, in or near the present site of Sweetzer's
Bridge, reported the same with proposed amendments.
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
Amend body of bill by striking out the word "equally,"
in the third line of the fifth, section of bill. And by striking
out the words "and Baltimore county," in the fourth line in
the same section. Also, by striking out "counties," in the
fourth line in same section, and insert in lieu thereof the
word "county." And by striking out the words, "their re-
spective counties," in the fifth and sixth lines in the same sec-
tion, and inserting in lieu thereof the words "said county."

The amendments proposed by the Committee were consid-
ered on the third reading.
