Public Charities,"

Further consideration thereof was postponed untill Thurs-

On motion by Mr. Tuck,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations, to
report a bill to authorize the State Line and Juniata Rail Road
Company of Pennsylvania, to extend its road and operate its
line of Telegraph within the limits of this State.

Mr. Stevens submitted the following message to the House
of Delegates:
