Ordered, That the Comptroller of the Treasury furnish this

in the several Departments of the State, for the years 1872
and 1873.

Mr. Seth submitted the following order:

Ordered, That Mr. Merritt, of Kent county, be granted
leave of absence until Tuesday next, in consequence of urgent
business.

Ordered, That it be entered upon the Journal, that if Messrs.
Latchford, Robey and Etchison had been present at the elec-
tion for Governor, they would have voted for Judge John E.
Smith.

Ordered, That Mr. Hart, of Baltimore City, be excused
from attendance until Wednesday, February 11th, in conse-
