Mr. Loane nominated John Milroy for the term of two
years.

Mr. Bird nominated J. B. Askew for the term of six years.

Mr. Suit nominated Robert Turner for the term of four
years.

Mr. Miller nominated C. C. Fulton for the term of two
years.

The Secretary of the Senate and Clerk of the House of Del-
egates proceeded to call the roll of their respective Houses.

Whereupon, each member proceeded to ballot.
Upon counting the ballots,

Mr, Lloyd, on the part of the tellers, made the following
REPORT.

HOUSE OP DELEGATES,

February 3rd, 1874.

At a Joint Meeting of the Senate and House of Delegates,
held in compliancs with an Act passed January session, 1874,
providing for the election of three persons to constitute the
Board of Police Commissioners of the City of Baltimore, the
tellers appointed respectfully report that there were ninety-
six ballots cast, of which number,

W. H. B. Fusselbaugh received 75 votes for the term of
six years.

Col. Harry Gilmor received 79 votes for the term of four
years.

John Milroy received 76 votes for the term of two years.
J. B. Askew received 17 votes for the term of six years.
Robert Turner received 20 votes for the term of four years.

C. C. Fulton received 20 votes for the term of two years.

Thomas W. Morse received 1 vote for the term of six
years.

EDWARD LLOYD,

ANDREW K. STAKE.

Whereupon, it appearing that Wm. H. B. Fusselbaugh
had received a majority of all the votes cast, for the term of
six years;

That Harry Gilmor had received a majority of all the
Votes cast, for the term of four years, and
