That John Milroy had received a majority of all the votes
cast, for the term of two years;

The Chairman declared that Wm. H. B. Fusselbaugh
was duly elected Police Commissioner for the City of Balti-
more, for the term of six years, from the expiration of the
term of office of the present Board;

That Harry Gilmor was duly elected Police Commissioner
for the City of Baltimore, for the term of four years, from
the expiration of the term of office of the present Board, and

That John Milroy was duly elected Police Commissioner
for the City of Baltimore, for the term of two years, from
the expiration of the term of office of the present Board.

The Chairman then announced that the Joint Meeting
had finished the business for which it had assembled.

Whereupon,

On motion of Mr. Blake,
The Joint Meeting adjourned.

The House then resumed the consideration of the business
of the session.

Pending which,

On motion of Mr. Me Williams,
At 2 o'clock, P. M., the House adjourned.
