tled an Act to repeal section 2, of chapter 274, passed Jan-
uary session, 1870, entitled an Act to repeal section 2, of chap-
ter 31, of the Acts of Assembly of 1865, in relation to the
publication of Local Laws, and to re-enact said section 2, of
chapter 410, passed at January session, 1872, with amend-
ments, and to amend and re-enact the same.
Which was read a first time and referred to the Washing-
ton county delegation.

A bill entitled an Act to amend the third section of the
Act of January session, 1867, chapter 268, entitled an Act to
incorporate the Baltimore Warehouse Company, as amended
by the first, section of the Act of January session, 1870, chap-
ter 125, entitled an Act to amend the Act of January session,
1867, chapter 268, entitled an Act to incorporate the Balti-
more Warehouse Company.
Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on Corporations.
Also,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 1, of Article 73, of
the Code of Public General Laws, entitled ''Penitentiary,"
regulating the appointment of Directors of the Maryland
Penitentiary, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on the Judiciary.
Mr. Watkins, Chairman of the Committee on Ways and
Means, to whom was referred the Senate bill, entitled an Act
to repeal section 105 and 106, of Article 26, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Corporations," sub-title "Insur-
ance Companies," and to re enact the same with amend-
ments,
Reported the same without amendment.
Said bill was then read a second time.
