subscribe to the capital stock of a Railroad passing through
said county.

Which was read and referred to the Harford delegation.

Mr. Merryman presented the petition of Ruth Robinson for
a pension.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Pen-
sions.

Mr. Riley presented the petition of John A. Munnikhuy-
sen and forty-eight other citizens of Harford county, asking
the passage of an Enabling Act authorizing the County Com-
missioners to subscribe to the capital stock of a Railroad pass-
ing through said county.

Which was read and referred to the Harford delegation.

Mr. Brace presented the petition of the Board of Trustees
of the Methodist Episcopal Church of Cumberland for the
passage of an Act authorizing them to sell and convey a cer-
tain lot of ground.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on the Ju-
diciary.

Mr. Gill submitted the following order :

Ordered, That the members of the two Houses require the
printers of the School Report to deliver the full number of
copies ordered by each House to the Secretary of the Senate
and the Chief Clerk of the House, within thirty days from;
the delivery of the manuscript, to be delivered by the said
officers to the members of their respective Bodies, in propor-
tion of fifty copies to each; and further, that five hundred
copies be placed by said officers at the disposal of the State
Board of Education.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Leonard submitted the following order:

Ordered, That the Committee on Ways and Means be re-
quested to examine Artcle 56, from section 44 to 55, inclusive,
relating to trader's license, and report a bill changing the
same, and extending the license to a larger amount of capital.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Duer submitted the following order :

Ordered, That it be entered on the Journal that E. F.
