grossed for a third reading.

Mr. Nutwell, Chairman oi the Committee on Corporations,
reported favorably,

A bill entitled a Supplement to an Act passed by the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland at the January session, 1868,
chapter 455, to confer certain powers upon a corporation
therein named, to render effectual the said powers, by the
correction of an error which occurred in said Act, and also to
extend time for the payment of the capital stock of said Com-
pany, of the title, as corrected by this Act.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Nutwell, Chairman of the Committee on Corporations,
reported favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the town of Deer
Park in Garrett county.

Mr. Nutwell, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to enable Thomas W. Hodges to erect
a gate on a public road in Anne Arundel county.

Mr. Koons, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported

A bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed at the Jan-
nary session, 1872, chapter 320, entitled an Act for the bet-
ter protection of Black Bass and other fish in the Monocacy
River and its tributaries, within the limits of Frederick
county.

Mr. Groome, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to authorize the Board of County
Commissioners of Cecil County, to satisfy a judgment against
the Trustees of the Elkton Academy in Cecil County,

ably,

A bill entitled an Act to extend the charter of incorpora-
tion of the Baltimore and Philadelphia Steamboat Company.
