pension roll.

amendments to section 3, of an Act passed at January Ses-
sion, 1870, chapter 304," entitled "An Act to repeal sections
1 and 2, of an Act passed at January Session, 1868, chapter
266," entitled "A supplement to the Act passed January Ses-
sion, 1864, chapter 116," entitled "An Act to incorporate
the Wicomico and Pocomoke Rail Road Company, with
amendments, passed at December Session, 1847, and to re-
enact the same with amendments."
