Also,

Delivered a bill entitled an Act to legalize the bequest of
Henry Rohr, late of Frederick county, deceased, to the Evan-
gelical Lutheran Congregation, at Mount Zion, Frederick
county, State of Maryland.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

Which was read a first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on the Judiciary.

On motion of Mr. Merritt,

Leave was granted to Mesers. Merritt, Pruitt and
Leonard, to introduce a bill to repeal all laws in Worcester
county, entitled "Fences," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

On motion of Mr. Miller,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Agriculture to in-
troduce a bill entitled an Act requiring owners and keepers
of dogs in Frederick county to obtain a license for the same.

On motion of Mr. Lamar,

Leave was granted to the Frederick and Anne Arundel
delegations to introduce a bill to amend section 2, chapter
303, of the laws of 1872, entitled an Act for the better pro-
tection of birds and rabbits in said counties.

On motion of Mr. Keech,

Leave was granted to the Baltimore county delegation to
introduce a bill to repeal sections 195, 196 and 197, of Arti-
cle 3, of the Public Local Laws of Baltimore county, under
the title "Trespass."

On motion of Mr. Merryman,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
report a bill to authorize the County Commissioners of Balti-
more county to invest a sum of money belonging to Baltimore
county, in the bonds of the Parkton and Manchester Rail
Road.

On motion of Mr. T. H. Hamilton,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
