Mr. Staylor submitted the following order :

Ordered, That the Chief Clerk of this House cause to be
mailed to all the newspapers in the State the House Journal
and Repo.rts printed by order of the House.

Which was adopted.

Mr, Matthews submitted the following order :

Ordered, That when this House adjourn, it stand adjourned
until eleven o'clock, A. M., to-morrow, Tuesday.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Johnson submitted the following order :

Ordered, That the Postmaster of the House of Delegates
procure a sufficient number of stamps and forward the daily
Journal of this House and other public documents to the
leading newspapers of the City of Baltimore and the coun-
ties of the State.

Which was adopted.

On motion of Mr. Johnson,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Pensions to intro-
duce a bill to amend and re-enact section 2, so far as it
may relate to Dorchester county, and section 3, chapter
477, acts of 1870, relating to the payment of pensions to
soldiers and widows of soldiers of the war of 1812.

On motion of Mr. Lancaster,

Leave was granted to the Charles county delegation and
Mr. Bond, of St. Mary's, to introduce a bill for the protection
of sheep in Charles county.

On motion of Mr. Turner, of Calvert,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Chesapeake Bay
and its Tributaries to introduce a bill protecting the interest
of the oystermen and citizens of Calvert county.

On motion of Mr. Brace,

Leave was granted to the Allegany county delegation to
introduce a bill for the division of Allegany county into elec-
tion districts.

Also,

Leave was grated to the Allegany county delegation to in-
troduce a bill to amend the charter of the City of Cumber-
land, Allegany county.
