Maryland to meet similar Commissioners appointed by the
State of Virginia to settle and adjust the Boundary Line be-
tween the two States, be referred to the Committee on Fede-
ral Relations.

That so much of said message as relates to the River and
Harbor Improvement, Act of the United States Congress, and
to the Ship Canal to connect the waters of the Chesapeake and
Delaware Bays, be referred to the Committee on Federal Re-
lations.

That so much of paid message as relates to the Centennial
Celebration at Philadelphia, be referred to the Committee on
Federal Relations.

That so much of said message as relates to the Special Mes-
sage of Gov. Walker, of Virginia, to the General Assembly
of that State, on February 17th, 1873, and the Resolutions of
the General Assembly of that State, and the letter and
address of John McEnery, Governor of Louisiana, dated
March 13th, 1873/ be referred to the Committee on Federal
Relations.

That so much of said message as relates to the Maryland
Insane Asylum at Spring Grove, and to the President and
Visitors of the Maryland Hospital, be referred to the Joint
Special Committee on that subject.

That so much of said message as relates to the proposed
establishment of a colony of English farm hands at the Agri-
cultural College, be referred to the Committee on Agricul-
ture.

That so much of said message as relates to increasing the
number of fish in the Chesapeake Bay and Rivers of this
State, and to the Oyster Law, be referred to the Committee
on the Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries.

That so much of said message as relates to the Regisi ration
of Voters and the Malicious Prosecution of Judges of Election
and Officers of Registration, be referred to the Committee on
Elections.

That so much of said message as relates to the Inspection
of Steam Boilers, in Baltimore city, be referred to the Com-
mittee on Inspections.

That so much of said message as relates to the Disburse-
ment of the Executive Contingent Fund, be referred to the
Committee on the Contingent Fund placed at the disposal of
the Executive.

That so much of said message as relates to a Board of Im-
migration, be referred to the Committee on Immigration.
