Was postponed indefinitely.

Mr. Clark submitted the following order :

Ordered, That the Committee on Claims pay to the officers
of the last House of Delegates, not reappointed, who have
officiated in the organization of the present House, two days
additional per diem.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Johnson submitted the following order:

Ordered, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be re-
quested to furnish this House, at the earliest practicable day,
the several amounts received from each tidewater county, for
the sale of licenses to catch or take oysters with rakes or
tongs.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Staylor submitted the following order :

Ordered, That one copy of the Rules, and one copy of the
Constitution be furnished, to each member of this House as
soon as practicable

Which was adopted.

On motion of Mr. West,

Leave was granted to the Garrett county delegation and Mr.
Fletchall, of Montgomery, to introduce a bill authorizing
and directing the State Librarian to furnish from the State
Library, for the use of the Circuit Court for Garrett county,
a full set of the decisions of the Court of Appeals, and of
the Acts of Assembly, and other books.

On motion of Mr. West,

Leave was granted to the Garrett county delegation and Mr.
Fletchall, of Montgomery, to introduce a bill providing Mr.
for the location of the county seat of Garrett county.

Also,

Leave was granted to the Garrett county delegation and Mr.
Fletchall, of Montgomery, to introduce a bill providing for
the protection of sheep in Garrett county.

Also,

Leave was granted to the Garrett county delegation and
