Mr. Vanderford, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to confirm and approve an Act
passed at January session, 1872, chapter 16, entitled an Act
to authorize and empower the County Commissioners for
Carroll county to subscribe to the capital stock of Turnpike
Companies in Carroll county.

Which was read a first time.

On motion of Mr. McWilliams,
At 2 o'clock, P. M., the House adjourned.
